Job Description
As an Amazon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the success of our business on the Amazon platform. Your primary objective will be to maximize sales, optimize product listings, and enhance the overall customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure a seamless and profitable operation on Amazon. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, excellent analytical skills, and a strategic mindset.


What You’ll Do:


  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate sales, marketing, and operational performance to senior management.
  • Stay up to date with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and improve organic search ranking on Amazon.
  • Implement strategies to minimize excess inventory and improve inventory turnover.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement targeted campaigns to promote products on Amazon.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize Amazon's reporting tools and other analytics platforms to generate insights and track performance metrics.
  • Implement strategies to increase positive customer reviews, ratings, and seller performance metrics.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment on Amazon.
  • Customer Experience and Reviews: Monitor and respond to customer reviews, questions, and feedback to enhance the overall customer experience on Amazon.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Monitor competitor listings and pricing to maintain a competitive advantage and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and optimize our presence on the Amazon platform, including product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and manage inventory health metrics, such as stock levels, lead times, and fulfillment rates, to minimize stock-outs and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for new product launches, product bundles, and cross-selling to maximize revenue potential.
  • Product Listing Optimization:Optimize product listings by ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, keywords, and categorization.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales, conversion rates, and customer reviews, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share on the Amazon platform.


What You Have:


  • Excellent understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and experience with keyword research tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon's platform, tools, and policies, including Seller Central and Vendor Central.
  • Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to ensure accuracy and compliance with Amazon's guidelines and policies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using Amazon's reporting and analytics tools, such as Amazon Seller Central, Advertising Console, and Brand Analytics.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in e-commerce, with a focus on managing Amazon accounts and driving sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.


Pay Range: $90,000- $100,000
