Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of personalized education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide individual and small group support to students, reinforcing learning concepts and assisting with class activities under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
• Adapt and differentiate materials to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with special educational needs or disabilities.
• Collaborate effectively with the teaching team to ensure effective communication and a cohesive approach to student support.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher, helping to identify areas for improvement and celebrating successes.
