Leela Life (https://www.leelalife.com) is a venture with a mission to help people have a peaceful and joyful life. We are an early-stage funded startup, backed by some prominent angels in the startup ecosystem.

Our mission is to cater to the wellbeing needs of highly educated, skilled, creative, and accomplished individuals worldwide who are seeking a more harmonious, healthier, and joyful life.

While many of these individuals have already embraced practices like Yoga, Meditation, and Ayurveda and experienced their benefits, they are often unaware of the vast realm of practical Indic solutions available to them.

India's ancient knowledge encompasses deep insights across various domains such as Health, Mindfulness, Food, Intimacy, Personal Care, Nature, Spirituality, and Art, all aimed at achieving a joyful and fulfilling life.

However, the sheer breadth of insights, practices, and products within the Indic knowledge system, coupled with the multitude of specialists and sources advocating them, makes it challenging for individuals to discover, choose, and integrate the most relevant solutions for their holistic wellbeing.

Our initial offering is a global online marketplace for wellbeing solutions inspired by timeless Indic knowledge and traditions. We provide a platform for individuals to discover and access these transformative solutions tailored to their specific needs.

Founding Team

Hari Nari - An Indic wellbeing thinker and a compelling communicator. Over the last decade, he has consciously focused on contemporary well-being issues. He has done deep research on wide-ranging aspects of Indic civilisation that have a bearing on modern well-being. In addition, he has also been a successful entrepreneur (Holiday IQ) & management consultant.

Nishant Pradhan - An accomplished product leader with deep expertise in marketplaces. He has excelled as a dynamic product leader with over 15 years of versatile experience across industries like e-commerce, on-demand mobility, online payments, media, and technology. He is particularly passionate about creating and expanding marketplaces, connecting people, fostering collaboration, and delivering value to users and businesses.

Whom are we looking for?

The founding team has a researcher/visionary and a product/technology person. We are looking for someone with hard-core selling and market entry skills to join us as a co-founder/CEO. Our ideal candidate is someone with 15+ years of experience who has successfully built a B2B2C business globally or is the head of partnerships of a B2C business.

Requirements

Please don't apply if you are looking for a paid job or a part-time opportunity. The founder/cofounders start with zero $ compensation but will be rewarded with significant equity. While we are a funded startup, we are only looking for people who can give us their full time and are passionate about building businesses. We expect you to have a good enough runway - at a minimum of 12 months and the founding team will start drawing salaries only after the seed round.
