Role: Brand Partner
Location: *NYC / Westchester (Hybrid)
Duration: Full-time, On-going Contract
Salary Equivalent: 130,000-139,000/yr (paid hourly during contract period)
*This is a hybrid role which requires 3-4 days per week onsite at our client’s SOHO studio, plus occasional travel to their headquarters in Westchester, NY. Headquarters is accessible by public transportation.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with brand teams to identify specific marketing communication needs, including content development, communication strategy, creative, and production.
• Collaborate with brand teams to translate needs into actionable briefs.
• Assist brands in finding innovative ways to bring their stories to life through new content forms and processes.
• Lead brand projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Work together with internal Studio stakeholders, including Strategy, Creative, and Production, to balance brand requirements with the ability to deliver impactful creative work.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Brand, Insights, Legal, Finance, Design, Innovation, etc., to gain alignment and approval of ideas while maintaining creative excellence.
• Manage agency and partner relationships to develop and execute brand projects.
• Provide comprehensive overviews of the Studio's capabilities to both internal and external partners, educating them on the Studio's functions and fostering effective collaboration.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in Creative Agencies.
• Demonstrated expertise in creative agency management and ability to coordinate a diverse team of internal and external members.
• Demonstrated ability for strategic and innovative thinking.
• Strong leadership and storytelling skills, including the ability to present to senior management, clients, and agency partners.
• Proven skills in building relationships and effective communication.
• Ability to influence and understand diverse perspectives.
