Job Title: Senior Brand Partnership Manager
Location: On-site (Monday-Friday) | NYC
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $92,000-$110,000 depending on experience.
Our client is a leading professional networking organization for women of color and they are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Brand Partnership Manager to drive their new business efforts.
As a Senior Brand Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, establishing, and managing brand partnerships to expand the organization's reach and impact. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your business development skills and passion for networking to contribute to the organization's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry insights to identify new business development opportunities and make strategic recommendations to optimize partnership efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner companies, serving as the main point of contact for partnership inquiries, requests, and support.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive brand partnership opportunities, including cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, events, and membership teams, to develop customized partnership proposals and ensure successful partnership activation and execution.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches to potential partners, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of partnering with the organization.
- Identify, prospect, and establish strategic brand partnerships with companies that align with the organization's mission and values.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of successfully prospecting and establishing brand partnerships, and driving revenue growth through strategic business development efforts.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development and sales preferably in public relations and/or a related field including advertising, publishing, diversity and inclusion, or multicultural marketing.
- Strong networking skills, with the ability to build and leverage relationships to drive business development opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
