Job Description

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Senior Executive Administrative Assistant for our client, a fast-growing, globally active, private organization that invests in for-profit companies and awards philanthropic grants to mission-aligned organizations in pursuit of the evolution of consciousness, bringing millions of people together through love, joy, peace, and freedom.


Responsibilities


  • Manage the executives' schedule and calendar appointments including travel itineraries, meeting agendas, and event planning
  • Book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights and hotels
  • Serve as first point of contact for internal and external audiences involving the executives, including Board members, Advisors, staff, and others as needed
  • Maintain current bios on board members and advisors, providing executives with recruitment support
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming requests, issues, and concerns addressed to the executive team, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
  • Spearhead board meeting agendas by compiling research, preparing presentations, and taking notes
  • Perform day-to-day troubleshooting, and present status updates to the Executive team
  • Proofread and edit materials as needed
  • Update and maintain executives' relevant list of contacts and communicate upcoming commitments and responsibilities


Qualifications

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Marco Polo, Expensify, and Concur required
  • 10+ years of experience supporting C-Level executives in the nonprofit space
  • Strong organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Resourceful team player, with the ability to also work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Stellar interpersonal skills and exceptional written and verbal communication skills


Compensation And Benefits

In addition to working for an organization with a phenomenal mission and positive team-oriented work environment, the salary range for this role is $160K-180K, along with benefits that include 401k plan, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and a monthly technology stipend!
