Role Description

This is a contract Assistant role located in Laguna Niguel, CA. As an Assistant, you'll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks such as scheduling, organizing files, record keeping, and providing general support to staff members. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented and has excellent communication skills. Please note that this is an on-site role.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience in an administrative or assistant position preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree a plus
• Professional demeanor and a positive attitude
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
