Position Summary
- Perform follow ups for various information requests received from customers/fellow employees.
- Greet visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
- Perform basic office duties: filing/copying/printing documents.
- Organize supplies, keeping inventory records and placing orders.
- Keep meeting rooms and common spaces neat and tidy, run and empty dishwasher daily.
- Process all outgoing physical mail.
- Process all incoming electronic and physical mail.
- Answer phones, screen calls, transfer calls, and take messages.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency with MSWord, Excel.
- Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Must be highly organized and self-motivated.
- Ability to anticipate needs effectively and deploy projects in a timely fashion.
- 1-3 years of office experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
- Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
