About This Role
You will be the lead user acquisition Sales representative for the Americas and responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and closing new clients to meet the company’s revenue and gross profit objectives. You will interact with marketing managers and executives from the top mobile advertisers to help achieve their marketing goals with Mintegral’s products, leading the sales effort across the entire funnel to close new business. Your responsibilities will include researching and generating new opportunities, establishing deal terms, and selling the programmatic mobile advertising solutions via a consultative approach..
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients; ensure continuing relationships and an effective flow of information to deliver business objectives
- Coordinate with the Legal, Finance, and Marketing team to ensure compliance and resolve sales-related issues.
- Represent Mintegral at industry events, trade shows, and meetings with partners & potential clients.
- Structure and direct the entire sales process from account identification to close.
- Conduct industry research for competitive benchmarking and to identify new market trends and opportunities
- You will interface, negotiate and develop high-impact relationships with mobile game & app developers to build business partnerships and support company growth.
- Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan through a deep understanding of Mintegral’s products and ad inventory.
- Manage multiple business initiatives in a start-up environment
- Support communication with inbound leads of varying sizes and contribute towards the ongoing development of the lead qualification process.
Requirements
- Ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them
- Self-organized and proactive with attention to detail.
- Passionate about mobile games
- 10-30% traveling required
- Data-driven mindset and the ability to analyze data for proposals and negotiation
- At least 3 years working with mobile app developers is a plus
- 5 years minimum related to mobile/online advertising experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment and ability to perform under stress
- BS/BA required, a degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Knowledge of the mobile advertising ecosystem and SDKs
- Familiar with Salesforce, MS Excel, Google Suite
