The base pay range for this role is $47,500 - $79,200. Responsibilities:
- Maintain leader, client and employee confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- Work directly with vendors and customers’ on-behalf of the leaders
- Manage the day-to-day administrative duties for two of Nasdaq’s Technology leaders based across the US.
- Manage extensive meeting coordination between internal and external stakeholders
- Create and manage both domestic and international travel itineraries
- Assist in planning team offsites and collaboration events
- Submit invoices
- General assistant duties including, scheduling conference calls, meetings, compiling documents, creating and distributing agendas and itineraries, adhoc project management
- Read, research, and route correspondence for senior leaders and prepare draft letters/e-mails and correspondence.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize to ensure that all assignments are completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Efficient in business software and business systems processes and approvals.
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
