Job Description
Overview and Essential Functions Trawick Construction is seeking a Vuried Drops Administrative Assistant to assist daily operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) Communicate with customers via phone calls, text messages, and emails regarding work order statuses. Key daily invoices and purchase orders in various databases. Update notes and details on buried drop work orders in multiple databases. Assist subcontractors with inquiries about work orders and billing paperwork. Other administrative and customer service duties as needed. Perform general clerical duties, tasks, or special projects as required or assigned (i.e. answering phone, filing, scanning, data entry, making copies, etc). Other duties as assigned Qualifications Qualifications: Preferred candidate will have 1-3 years experience providing administrative support.
