We specialize in a wide range of services, including psychological testing assessments, therapy, veteran consultations, and more. Currently, we are searching for a Full-Time Senior Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team!

  • Knowledge of Google Suite, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
  • Exceptional grammar, writing, and copy-editing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail (required)
  • Ability to successfully obtain HIPAA compliance certification (provided on-site).
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, such as laptops, printers, and fax.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to client intake for therapy and psychological testing, including handling phone calls, tracking forms, checking insurance benefits, booking appointments, and billing.
  • Data entry experience (preferred)
  • Write and distribute correspondence, including letters, faxes, and forms, as needed.
  • Prepare reports for clinical veteran consultations, which includes gathering necessary report information ahead of appointments, reviewing the grammar and spelling of prepped reports, and maintaining appointment schedules for cancellations and reschedules.
  • Assist with tasks related to psychological testing, which includes assembling client folders, scoring, interview write-ups, report reviews, and other related tasks.
  • Help with regular upkeep of office operations, including inventory, restocking, light cleaning, and facilitating of a clean and orderly office area.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication when interacting with clients.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Coordinate with senior support staff to handle additional administrative requests and queries, as directed.
  • Maintain up-to-date billing and insurance information for clients, including charging copays, submitting insurance claims, tracking payments, and scheduling clients.
