Overview:
Dahill, a Xerox company is seeking for a Sales Support Manager that will lead the Sales Support Team and to provide support for our internal sales force and processes. Ensuring strong routines and inspection to support clients with resolution on account, issues, or disputes. The manager will drive results through managing varied processes, using and maximizing tools and resources available.
Responsibilities:
  • Distribute and coordinate performance targets
  • Successfully implement change
  • Demonstrate strong ability to clearly and concisely craft communication on myriad topics, from simple to complex and to wide-ranging audiences
  • Sales Reporting and Business Analytics – Monthly management of sales support reports to facilitate measurement of performance against targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Coach / Mentor / Train associates and peers in / out of market
  • Managing and collaborating with our offshore teams to support billing, contracts and finance processes
  • Management of administrative duties for Sales Support team members as it relates to work schedules, time off, time cards and other
  • Managing multiple leasing portfolios, which includes but is not limited to leasing access, client questions and dispute, along with asset portfolio
  • Maximize revenue retention based upon experience with and knowledge of client account through issue resolution
  • Develops and implements customer service policies and procedures
  • Assisting / guiding the internal Lease Return team with questions and/or issues
  • Monitor workload for sales support employees and make headcount recommendations as needed
  • Maintain office staff by recruiting, selecting and training employees
  • Improve Associate Satisfaction Scores – 80% team target
  • Provide data and guides to help the sales team
  • Act as SME for leasing, administration and all sales support issues
  • Collaboration with various internal teams to accomplish account / billing / leasing resolutions
  • Understand existing sales and administrative processes to support dealing through pipelines
  • Work and collaborate with accounts receivable (AR) and cash app. teams to apply customer payments
  • Establish team meeting agenda, assemble client deliverables, and sales support materials and training as needed
  • Oversee all administrative responsibilities to ensure support and operations needs are met for the success of each sales team
  • Acts as subject matter expert (SME) and liaison for all client insurance claims and manages processes
  • Managing team to handle customer issues and resolution disputes, through all client inquiries
  • Effectively recruit new associates as applicable
  • Work with each Sales Manager to understand and bridge their needs by ensuring support
  • Respond timely to issues / requests and provide problem resolution
  • Handle all issue escalations both clients facing issues and internal sales team members, along with various other departments
Experience:
  • 2-3 Years leasing background, contract knowledge
  • Minimum of 4-6 years demonstrated success in sales administration or closely related function
  • Microsoft Word, Excel to advanced level
  • Proven ability to establish positive working relationships
  • Strong customer service and rapport-building abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required (pivot tables, filtering, lookups, CSV files), proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, OneNote and SharePoint
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Proven ability to manage others successfully
  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate and collaborate with those internal and external, across various levels
  • Must have a high level of proficiency with technology – specifically the MS Office suite, including MS Excel, Word and Outlook, working with database, AS400 and internet search and navigation
  • Must be proactive in recognizing changing business needs and developing corresponding changes in team approach and processes
