1-2 years' experience in customer service environment, warehouse/distribution environment helpful.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Guides and supports management in the successful launch of next generation technology and optimize performance post-deployment

Partners closely with the functional groups that support innovation deployment including Telephony, Work Force Management and Home Lending Client Central (HLCC)

Analyses performance reports and assists with processes/ recommendations for improvement while keeping the overall customer and HLA experience top of mind

May manage the work of direct reports or has deep technical expertise

Long range planning and significant delegation of responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required

Ownership of physical & digital product sample including management, tracking and distribution.

Manages calendars, coordinates schedule, makes appointments, arranges meetings and events, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities.

Performing other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience

Maximize revenue retention based upon experience with and knowledge of client account through issue resolution

Management of administrative duties for Sales Support team members as it relates to work schedules, time off, time cards and other

Managing and collaborating with our offshore teams to support billing, contracts and finance processes

Acts as subject matter expert (SME) and liaison for all client insurance claims and manages processes

Oversee all administrative responsibilities to ensure support and operations needs are met for the success of each sales team

Work with each Sales Manager to understand and bridge their needs by ensuring support

Ensure compliance to Alcon policies regarding demo processes, educational workshop practices, and any sales compliance requirements.

Manage inbound and outbound logistics for all sales demo activity.

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+1 yr)

Experience with Office applications and Service Max a plus

5 Years of Relevant Experience

Ensure availability of all demo assets based on defined schedules established by event planners and sales resources.

Working knowledge of the following internal systems is preferred: OM, Copilot, Vehicle Tracker, EBD, Vehicle Inquiry, Geofence and VDA.

Prepare requested documentation to participate in truck RFQs/bids

Track orders in internal systems

Place orders to vendors/bodybuilders and enter goods receipts in internal systems

Update shipping to modification centers, body companies, dealers and/or customers

Request/provide additional documents (E.g., certificates, proforma invoices, DMV forms, etc.)

Experience in customer facing account management or technical support role.

Comfortable working with all levels of management.

Manages resources to meet or exceed customer and/or business expectations including but not limited to staffing and workload allocation.

Partners with sales leadership to maximize revenue, drive outstanding customer experience and achieve product delivery efficiency.

Demonstrates enterprise-wide thinking by collaborating across regions on special projects and develops, builds and manages relationships with Center and regional peers.

Provides specific job accountabilities that are documented and reviewed in one on ones.
