Sales Support Associate Jobs

The associate provides support and collaborates with a team of advisors to deliver outstanding service to clients.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Client On-boarding and Service

•Update client records in CRM

•Ensure accuracy of client information

•Prepare and process insurance applications

•Prepare documentation for new business

•Schedule medical exams

•Process, or collaborate with subscribers to open/fund investment accounts and investment service requests such as funds disbursements, account transfers and trade correction requests

Underwriting:

•Serve as a liaison between advisors, clients, and underwriting team

•Follow up and manage underwriting deadlines

•Communicate with clients to gather information for underwriting

New Advisor Development:

•Maintain tracking reports and send out weekly updates to advisors and leadership team

•Train new advisors on workflow and post-sales process

•Support development, leadership and operations team as needed

Qualifications

•Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

•CRM experience preferred

•Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability in a very fast-paced environment

•Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines

•Life, Accident and Health license required within 30 days
