• Main point of contact for internal audit requirements
• Chargeback or program credits – for assigned product line, Pro Video, research and reconciliation chargeback deductions, validate program documentation, obtain approvals and submit credits for processing
• Run monthly INCO audit reports, gather supporting documentation to be submitted to finance
• PS Support – For assigned product line or lines, work with channel partners, sales and service to obtain any missing end user or serial number data for proper billing and entitlement processing.
• Work with the sales and product team to coordinate manual allocation - short supply products - for Pro Video product line
• Run monthly ROG audit reports, gather supporting documentation to be submitted to finance
• SSL administrator – work with PSG or sales teams in the timely return of units out in field, coordinate extension requests
• Run and coordinate Stock Balance Returns for Pro Video product line
• Main point of contact for the sales teams to assist in order processing and fulfillment. Such as confirm account to be used -submit new account paperwork as needed, check availability, provide ETA, coordinate IFT, Credits, Debits, RMAs, work with credit team to ensure order can be released supporting Pro Video product line

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant Sales or Marketing Administrative Mgt or Support preferred
• Prior front-line business experience preferred
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Advance knowledge of Excel
• Strong PC skills i.e., Word, Outlook, Powerpoint

• Mindset dedicated to delivering an ever-increasing level of support throughout the organization
• Strong ability to work collaboratively between multiple departments and Sales Organizations
• Ability to identify and expedite critical issues
• Ability to follow-up and ensure tasks are completed to the satisfaction of the business

Communications:

• Ability to write clear, concise emails
• Good writing or documentation skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

What We Offer:
The salary range of $60,000 –$88,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
