We are looking for a team-oriented, highly organized and proactive individual to provide a full range of administrative support to the Sales teams. This individual will report to the Sales Support Team Leader. For this role, the individual can be remote (home office) or work from a K-C Corporate office location if preferred. To progress within KC you may need to be on-site in your next level role.
Sales Support Specialists at K-C Professional work directly with both Digital Sales and Field Sales. This role also collaborates with other functional teams including Pricing, Customer Service, Master Data and Marketing to achieve business results.

In this role, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world. It starts with YOU. In this role, you will:
- Create Accounts, modify contacts, submit quality complaints, and enter work orders in Salesforce.
- Update/modify pricing contracts.
- Order/track samples and literature.
- Run Business Intelligence reports.
- Will be required to flow to work to support team priorities and team members vacations.
- Prepare contact lists for new business campaigns via Zoom Info.
- Will be required to contribute to projects and activities outside of standard work to assist in the accomplishment of business objectives and professional development.
- Prepare and submit creative marketing requests.
The successful candidate will join the KCP Sales Operations Team and report to the Sales Support Specialist Team Leader.

- 2-3 years of administrative work experience or equivalent.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to work overtime on an occasional basis to meet workload demands.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle functional workload and multiple priorities.
- Willing and comfortable participating in Video calls with team and Sales.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to build sustainable relationships (internal and external).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to act independently, organize workload, set priorities, work well under deadline pressures, and adapt to change.
