Job Description

Cynosure Talent are currently partnered with an ambitious and rapidly growing Digital Dentistry business world renowned for their innovative IOS and Lab Scanner product portfolio. Our client is looking to hire an ambitious, proven sales support and operations specialist to be hands on with an already robust yet expanding customer/account base assisting with liaison and operational activity. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin the journey into account manager/key account manager offering great exposure to the building, maintaining and operation of strong dental account/DSO relationships.



The Role - Sales Support and Operations Specialist

The Job:

Working closely with the Sales Director US & Canada, the successful candidate will be directly involved with all stages of the sales cycle as a critical member of the USA/Canada Sales Team, liaising closely with our operations, logistics, sales team and support staff- as well as working in coordination with the global international Headquarters. This position will be vital to the efficiency of the sales activities and communications between prospects, current customers, field sales team, account managers and channel partners. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency
  • Support the sales team with key planning and operational tasks to achieve the overall objectives of the business
  • Provide pricing and contract support to the sales team and dealer partners
  • Ensure sales process adoption and compliance
  • Liaising directly with existing channel partners to support with stock, orders and introduce the relevant support staff/account managers to develop and enhance solid working relationships where required.
  • Monitor and analyze key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions
  • Organize data and generate deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Analytical mind, as well as a strong commercial acumen
  • Eligible to live and work in the US (we do not support visas)
  • Ability to think ‘outside the box’ to offer innovative solutions to ensure smooth communication and exceptional levels of service
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar operational support function
  • Diploma/degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Eligible to travel abroad
  • Proactive, self starter mindset with keen attitude to learn
  • Work well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders
