Sales Support And Operations Specialist Jobs

3+ years of business experience, including project management or customer account management in a product-based service (i.e. hardware technology)

Ticketing system or project management tool experience

Strong program and project management leadership skills, with the ability to organize and lead projects from start to finish

Strong organizational and time management skills to manage complex customer issues effectively

Background in procurement and/or supply chain experience preferred.

Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 platform (Knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains a plus).

Organize and maintain production schedules, Bill of Materials (BOMs), UPC/SKU list, COGS, and inventory reports.

Issue accurate Purchase Orders and hold vendors accountable for timely deliverables.

Maintain communication with internal departments, packaging vendors, 3PLs, and 1st Party (e.g. Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo) regarding launch and catalog orders.

Demonstrable experience in a similar operational support function

Ability to think ‘outside the box’ to offer innovative solutions to ensure smooth communication and exceptional levels of service

Organize data and generate deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness

Support the sales team with key planning and operational tasks to achieve the overall objectives of the business

Provide pricing and contract support to the sales team and dealer partners

Monitor and analyze key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions
