The Sales Support Manager is responsible for supporting the sales team & merchant lead with account operations, order tracking/management, weekly product analysis reports, and account requests. Leverage’s business analytics and product trends to identify actionable opportunities for sales growth. Assists with financial and product forecasting and planning. Acts as day-to-day contact with sales teams and prepares strategic sales presentations. Works collaboratively across multiple departments to help facilitate & execute the go-to-market strategy.

  • Provide sales planning reports on various elements of outstanding and incoming orders, recent shipments, closeout/skim inventory, etc.
  • Ownership of physical & digital product sample including management, tracking and distribution.
  • Partner cross-functional to ensure backlog for integrity, forecasting and trend analysis.
  • Preparation of extensive PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external audiences.
  • Field inquiries from the customer relations team and collaborate with internal departments to provide answers and solutions.
  • Monitor product lifecycle & determine end of life strategy related to closeouts and SKIM lists.
  • Manages calendars, coordinates schedule, makes appointments, arranges meetings and events, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities.
  • Ownership of all go-to-market tools inclusive of pricelists, B2B, catalogs, sell sheets, digital assets, MAP (minimum advertised price) lists, etc.
  • Reconcile and expense corporate credit card accounts and travel expenses according to corporate travel policy and in timely manner; troubleshoot any reimbursement issues.
  • Lead the collaboration across multiple departments to organize and execute tradeshows, sales meetings & other brand initiatives.
  • Attends key seasonal meetings with retailers to help present product and action follow-ups.
  • Identify new product opportunities and seasonal trends in order to meet growth/distribution targets.
  • Performing other duties as required/assigned by manager.
  • The point person for the US market with Brand Protection to help regulate MAP and 3P compliance.
  • Performing duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  • Provide financial trend analysis and reporting on sales for key accounts to provide a clear picture of positive and negative trends and results at retail.
  • Assists in the development of assortment placement and tracks against them to support each channel’s distribution strategies.
  • Provide leadership with recommendations pertaining to account opportunities and risks.


Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required


  • Motivated, enthusiastic self-starter who is able to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • Strong analytical skills and is able to relay in appropriate reporting formats
  • Time management skills and is detail oriented
  • Proficiency with personal computers, including internet research and advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and BW reporting
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to understand and analyze retail financials and metric
  • Thorough understanding of the marketplace (competitor information, consumer understanding, current/future marketing penetration, etc.)
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to use data to identify and illustrate product sales and market trends
  • 3+ years of wholesale or retail experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
