Sales Operations Assistant Jobs

We are seeking a contract Sales Operations Associate on the Revenue Programs team. Working closely with the Sales, GIP, & Rev Accounting teams, you’ll work to help us review and approve SF case requests for bonus media as well as coupon generation and maintenance. This includes daily triage of SF case submissions and upfront quarterly earned coupon distribution. This is a part-time, contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Review SF case request for bonus media submitted by various Sales teams
• Take on ad-hoc projects as needed
• Own a portion of the Upfront Quarterly Earned couponing process
• Assist the team with daily operational tasks as needed
• Coupon generation and maintenance within Salesforce

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently, following a detailed set of instructions
• Ability to make independent judgment calls in an ambiguous environment
• Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues that arise within a process or system
• Proficiency with Google Docs products (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc)
• Familiarity with Salesforce
• 3+ years minimum work experience
