We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Licensed Life and Health Insurance Broker. Our ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background with a passion for assisting clients with innovative insurance solutions.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily with customers. As a family-run independent insurance agency, we value team-players who are teachable and possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commitment to serving clients. We offer both full and part-time positions for sales and insurance agency development.
We are seeking goal setters who can plan and execute efficiently, servant leaders who recognize the value of experienced business coaches, individuals with a strong work ethic who understand the value of hard work, high integrity professionals who uphold standards of professionalism, ethics, and community involvement, and those with a proven background in building and managing within a business development role.
Requirements for the role include a Life and Health Insurance License (which we can help you obtain at your cost), residency in the United States is required by life insurance carriers, excellent communication and presentation skills, self-motivation, comfort with full sales, and high-speed internet access for client submission and video conference calls.
As demand grows for life insurance and financial services, particularly with the aging population, we are seeking qualified professionals to assist us in serving our clients and their families. With our proprietary lead generation and training systems, the chosen candidate will have the opportunity to build their own business and earn what they are willing to work for. We also offer a leadership development program that enables ambitious sales professionals to develop their own agency (no cost franchise).
Our agents have the potential to earn significant income, with good agents earning between $100-200K in their first year. However, no agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
