Recruiter - Entry Level

Judge Group's DC Metro branch is growing and we're looking to add entry level Recruiters to our team. You will learn from staffing professionals with ten plus years of experience locally in the DC market as well as Judge leaders with 30+ years of experience.

The Judge Group offers a paid, world-class, 13-week training that teaches recruiters exactly what they need to have a successful career in recruiting. Judge is growing rapidly and there are opportunities to grow in recruiting or in sales. This is a full-time position with a competitive base and uncapped commission structure.

Benefit from a world-class 13 week training period

Source and screen top talent using industry leading recruiting tools and social media

Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources

Conduct personal interviews via phone, video and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients

Perform thorough reference checks

Negotiate pay rates

Interact with clients and attend client meetings

Every recruiter has an exciting career path at Judge. Your experience gained as a recruiter develops key sales skills including relationship building, negotiations and gaining an understanding of technical terminology that will prepare you to represent our services as an Account Executive. Within 12 months and upon becoming highly successful in recruiting, you can be promoted to an Account Executive, or continue in recruiting and join the ranks of lead recruiter, delivery manager or recruiting management.

Qualifications:

4-year degree, or relevant work experience

Key Traits: Energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, organized, commission-oriented/money motivated and strong desire to succeed

Some telephone sales or telemarketing experience preferred, not required
