What are Bridge recruiters responsible for?

·Screening, Interviewing and Submitting Candidates to our Clients and Partners.

·Keeping Accurate Records through ATS System.

·Sourcing Talent from Various Databases.

·Collaborating with Hiring Managers on Market Trends, Candidate Experiences, and Interview Notes.

·Meeting Hiring Goals and Metrics per Bridge Standards.

·Communicate with clients regarding job openings and recruiting updates.

What does the ideal applicant bring to the table?

·Client Facing Experience (Retail, Sales, Food and Beverage, and Recruiting)

·Must have leadership experience and/or experience interviewing on any level

·Strong Communication Skills (I.E: Following up with candidates and clients)

·Ability to Handle a Large Requisition Load in Various Industries/Locations.

·Collaborative mindset, ability to work well in a team setting
