Overview The Quotation Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing customer service and support to customers in the area of quotations. Detailed Job Description The Quotation Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing customer service and support to customers in the area of quotations. This includes responding to customer inquiries, providing quotes, and resolving customer issues. The Quotation Customer Service Specialist is also responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing feedback to management.
