Company Description
Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, LinkedIn will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
- Work closely with a diverse cross-functional team across multiple businesses, regions, and functions
- Partner with, develop, and grow a team of experts
- Play a key role as the voice of Sales Ops in the Anaplan Center of Excellence, defining the long-term vision and roadmap for our capabilities
- Ensure on-time delivery of project by hitting milestones, escalating blockers, and making trade-off decisions to prioritize features and capabilities
- Understand the current state and recommend innovative design solutions to complex processes, standardizing across teams when needed
- Wear multiple hats, setting the strategic vision of an ongoing leadership priority, while also developing a deep understanding of sales / sales ops planning processes and driving day-to-day execution
- Manage the entire product development of one of our internal operational or planning products, from discovery to deployment, using Anaplan and other internal tools
- Gain management confidence by creating and delivering insights and recommendations in executive presentations
- Build and continuously improve our operational and planning models using Anaplan, partnering with a team of solution architects, model builders, and process experts
- Ensure that the product is meeting their needs and delivering value to the business
- Be the voice of the customer or end-user of an internal product
- BA/BS degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, computer science, other related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience using Excel and SQL
- 2+ years' experience in an operations, product, consulting, or strategy role with an emphasis on building planning models, financial models, or transforming core sales processes
- Experience leading or transforming core sales processes (Headcount Modeling, Territory Planning, Quota setting, forecasting)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce
- Exceptionally strong communication skills, backed by stories of effectively communicating and influencing senior management (verbal and written via PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated eagerness and ability to work in a high-growth, performance-focused environment with lots of ambiguity
- Experience driving complex, x-functional projects with stakeholders across multiple internal organizations
- Deep understanding of SaaS economics and metrics
- Direct experience and exposure to Anaplan as a tool to drive sales or finance processes
