LEAD TECHNOLOGY PRODUCT MANAGER

Under direction, to perform a wide variety of professional duties in the planning, deployment, and support of technology products throughout the product lifecycle to ensure business goals are met and customer satisfaction remains high; gather product and stakeholder requirements and prioritization; analyze and design business processes; define technology product vision; work with key business stakeholders, developers, technology engineering and other team members to ensure that technology products support overall strategy and business goals; and perform related work as required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Performs a variety of research, analytical, stakeholder coordination, process improvement, project management, and solution design duties to facilitate development, deployment and lifecycle management of technology solutions to meet business, operational and public service goals efficiently and effectively; serves as escalation for support activities; engages and coordinates with business stakeholders; acts as integrated business team member; evaluates methods of improving efficiency and cost effectiveness of business, technical and operational processes; clearly communicates technology product requirements through epics, stories, and other pertinent documentation; prepares and maintains accurate reports and records, both manually and electronically; supports backlog refinement activities; applies Agile development methodologies to deliver technology solutions and business value; drives on business; performs related duties as required.
