Associate Product Owner Jobs

Skills:eCommerce and Magento experience is preferred,but not required

Working knowledge of Scrum and writing user stories (JIRA & Confluence experience preferred).

Experience administrating a web application, including users, content, and configuration via a CMS (Magento and/or Drupal preferred).

Experience working with web application delivery, testing, and troubleshooting.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a healthcare-related field OR requisite Product Owner experience

Prepares User Requirements and translates requirements for Engineering teams

Collaborate with User Experience Team on usability testing to ensure the right product is being produced for the customer

1-3 Years' experience in product ownership, product development, or related field

Healthcare industry experience is preferred; exposure to healthcare data or clinical code sets is a bonus

Excellent oral and written communications skills with the ability to motivate diverse, cross-functional teams

Exceptionally strong communication skills, backed by stories of effectively communicating and influencing senior management (verbal and written via PowerPoint)

Gain management confidence by creating and delivering insights and recommendations in executive presentations

BA/BS degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, computer science, other related technical field, or equivalent professional experience

Direct experience and exposure to Anaplan as a tool to drive sales or finance processes

Ensure on-time delivery of project by hitting milestones, escalating blockers, and making trade-off decisions to prioritize features and capabilities

Experience using Excel and SQL

Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology or related field

Uses knowledge of the company’s products and services to meet customer needs and financial targets

Participate in the development of well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria based on established requirements

Present technical issues, solutions and status to senior software engineers and managers

Maintain industry knowledge of new and emerging master data management and distribution intelligence leading practices

3-4+ years of experience as a master data management product owner preferably at an asset manager or alternative asset manager

Prior experience in developing and supporting cloud data platform (Snowflake) & master data management (Semarchy) tools

Strong project management skills, resourceful, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Program Management for Delivery of New Products/Releases

Translate high level business requirements from DDE team members into detailed requirements (user stories) for development sprints following Agile methodologies

Knowledge in supply chain management

Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:

Identify SLOB inventory and manage markdown/close out process

Ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain role.

1 to 3 years of experience working as a Product Manager for a startup in the SaaS industry.

Prior experience developing and supporting enabling technologies in Sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (Salesforce)

Program and Change Management for Delivery of New Products/Releases

Maintain industry knowledge of new and emerging sales enablement leading practices

Translate high level business requirements into detailed requirements (user stories) for development sprints following Agile methodologies

3+ years of experience as an engineer or systems analyst in a technology company

Takes product concepts and translates them into backlog epics, stories and requirements.

Helps develop requirements documents, functional specifications, and mock-ups to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts.

Acts as a strong support to Business, Development, Sales, Support and Service managers through effective problem solving, collaboration, and communication strategies.

Strong written and spoken communication skills with the ability to present to internal and external audiences

Demonstrable skills in good decision-making, prioritization, follow-up, and artifact creation

Strong problem solving and analytical skills with keen ability to deal with detailed, and sometimes ambiguous, information

3+ years of experience in Product Management

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

Examine and analyze metrics that inform the success of products; collate and report them to the product management leadership

Ensure cross functional collaboration with key stakeholders and internal partners on product design, requirements, and delivery

Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction

2+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research teams

Strong organizational and task management skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Product Management certifications a plus (i.e. CSPO, CSM, PMI-ACP, PMC I-IX).

Experience with property management and/or payment processing or resident billing preferred.

Collaborates with Product Management on the definition of the Product Vision, Strategy and Roadmap.

Continually learns and deepens knowledge of our system, product features, and user experiences.

Client/Partner-facing requirement gathering and training experience a plus.

Strong organizational and task management skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
