• THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE CANDIDATES TO WORK A HYBRID REMOTE SCHEDULE OUT OF OUR SANTA MONICA, CA OFFICES. 3 DAYS ONSITE IN SANTA MONICA, 2 DAYS REMOTE*****

Located in LA, we are a well-funded Commercial Real Estate (CRE) tech startup that has received significant funding and an impressive leadership team and investors. Our two Co-Founders have built and led multiple CRE operating companies, managed over $1B in assets, and launched the European biz for a startup with a $1.2B exit. Our company leadership comes from some of the largest real estate organizations in the industry including ServiceTitan, and know the field services industry inside and out.
We are seeking an execution focused VP of Product with hands-on experience with B2B Enterprise SaaS platforms. The CRE technology market is a $30B+ global market and growing within the $800B commercial construction services market, and we are looking to find someone with the technical and product vision and leadership experience to take our platform to the next level!
What You Will Be Doing

• Design and develop streamlined solutions to integrate new technologies
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine and translate consumer needs into actionable product features
• Study and keep up-to-date with modern real estate and financial principles to incorporate into platform
• Manage and build strategic customer and vendor relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and set the course and direction of product development

What You Need for this Position
The VP of Product must have at least 10 years of experience with software product management and be familiar with:

• Background in hiring, mentoring, and leading diverse software and product engineers
• Experience working with cross-functional software, product, and data teams
• Previous industry experience with B2B and Enterprise SaaS
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field required; Master's Degree highly preferred
• Solid grasp of modern software and product development principles/lifecycles (SDLC, Agile/SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.)
