Direct experience and exposure to Anaplan as a tool to drive sales or finance processes

Ensure on-time delivery of project by hitting milestones, escalating blockers, and making trade-off decisions to prioritize features and capabilities

Experience using Excel and SQL

Strong management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills are a must; providing technical leadership and hands on day-to-day solutions to squads

Provides strategic direction to subordinates for guidance in budget preparation and management.

Excellent communication skills with experience facilitating workshops with multiple team members. Must be able to influence business and technical owners

Works with User Experience (UX) analysts to ensure prototypes convey story intent

Strong story-telling skills that drive program messaging and influence decisions and action. Ability to articulate solutions to Senior Executives and leadership

Senior level experience managing, leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing people
