Job Description

One of our B2B SaaS portfolio companies building a no-code platform is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the business, and help them scale their CS capabilities.


Responsibilities

  • Drives renewals by identifying customers' key pain points and working internally to make sure they're addressed
  • Work with the founders and the Head of Customer Success to shape the overall account management, renewal, and expansion strategy for North America
  • Build and own the process of customer onboarding, training, and support
  • Encouraging customer advocacy through internal NPS surveys, external reviews, case studies, testimonials, and referrals
  • Proactively liaise with customers, understand their expectations, build trust and maintain rapport


Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years of experience
  • Prior experience dealing with enterprise clients
  • Technology or Start-up experience is nice to have
  • Someone with technical knowledge would be an advantage
  • Prior B2B SaaS Customer Success experience is critical
  • Proactive and hustler mentality
