Job Title: Retention Manager - $100-$150k (B2C SaaS Subscription)
Salary: $100k-$150k Base + Benefits and 401k
Requirements: Retention of Monthly Subscription Products
Based in beautiful Los Angeles, CA we are a rapid growth security start up!
We offer a comprehensive suite of proprietary products and services, primarily B2C. We also do some B2B and B2B2C.
We're live with over 1 million customers across 100 million devices.
We have been in business for 6 years, have around 40 employees, are privately held, and profitable.
Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Retention Manager experience with:

• Managing monthly subscription-based products
• Technologies used for customer retention, content, best practices, KPIs, billing, etc.

Experience with cyber security products is a big plus, but not required,
You will report directly to our Director of eCommerce.
You will check in with clients to ensure they're happy with our services and renewing. You will also strategize with leadership on the best technologies and approaches for customer retention, content creation, appropriate KPIs, and billing.
