You will play a key role in defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product backlog items, ensuring they are well-defined, estimated, and ready for development.
- Break down high-level product features into actionable user stories, and communicate them effectively to the development team.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the development team, providing clarifications and making timely decisions.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and addresses customer needs.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to ensure product quality and usability.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and the development team to define the product vision and strategy.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in gathering and prioritizing product requirements and translating them into user stories.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in Scrum or Kanban.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is preferred.
