We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the product roadmap, making critical decisions, and driving the success of our customer-facing applications, including mobile applications. You will work closely with sales, support, engineering, and design teams to ensure the high-quality delivery of our products. This role is Hybrid 2 days onsite, unlimited PTO, Health Insurance, 401k, and bonus.

Job Details

• Have a solid understanding of the engineering process and be able to work effectively with the engineering team.
• Understand customer needs and communicate effectively with them.
• Utilize collection analytics and customer feedback to drive product improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to provide the engineering perspective and ensure agile software development practices.
• Develop a 5-year plan for the product and ensure its successful implementation.
• Lead and guide the team, making key decisions and providing solutions.
• Exhibit excellent negotiation skills in order to achieve desired outcomes.
• Drive the product side of the business, working closely with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and have the ability to explain and justify decisions made.
