Lineal seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our global Sales team as an Inside Sales Assistant. As a Sales Assistant, you will support our Sales team in various aspects of the sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and ambitious individual to gain valuable experience in sales operations and contribute to the growth of our organization.


Position Description or Responsibilities:


Sales Team Support:

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and coordination within the sales department.
  • Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to support the sales team's efforts.
  • Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts under the guidance of senior sales professionals.
  • Assist the sales team in day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and maintaining sales records.

Assist in organizing responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs):

  • Ensure all responses are accurate, comprehensive, and delivered within designated deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather the necessary information and materials required for RFP submissions.
  • Build and maintain a centralized repository of RFP responses.
  • Coordinate with different departments to gather relevant data and statistics to enhance proposal content.
  • Help with the drafting of RFP responses.

Work with and manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system:

  • Generate reports and analyze data from the CRM system to support the sales team's decision-making process.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation, contracts, and paperwork are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Assist in managing customer accounts, including contact details, interactions, and sales activities.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project implementation.
  • Assist in new project setup:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to set up new projects in accordance with established processes and procedures.

Support client and matter onboarding:

  • Work closely with the sales team to facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and matters.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather required information and documentation for smooth onboarding.
  • Provide timely updates and follow-ups to ensure clients' needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks:

  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other sales-related documents as required.
  • Maintain sales collateral and marketing materials inventory.
  • Support the organization of sales meetings, conferences, and events.


Mandatory Skills:

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Desired Skills:
