Job Description

As we evolve from a public relations powerhouse to a global multi-vertical marketing agency, we seek a standout Sales and Operations Coordinator.


Your mission? To empower our sales leaders, including the CEO, and help drive our growth engine.

Are you a sales and operations-minded video game, technology, and entertainment enthusiast with a solid understanding of public relations, influencer campaigns, event planning and management, content marketing, social media, and community management?


Do you believe that successful selling happens based on matching bespoke solutions to client needs and delivering consistently great work rather than based on price? Do you pride yourself on always meeting deadlines and cherish politely but effectively nudging and hands-on helping others to do the same?


We need your enthusiasm, attention to detail, operational skills, problem-solving prowess, exceptional client-facing communication, and enviable organization.


You'll help pre-qualify and communicate with potential clients, schedule discovery calls across teams and time zones, take actionable meeting notes, and help assemble the right team to meet unique client needs.


You'll be the mastermind behind Pipedrive, our sales and proposal tracking system, ensuring everything from lead entries to proposal workflow runs smoothly. Your skill in managing projects and coordinating diverse team members across verticals will help us deliver compelling, timely proposals.


On the contract front, you'll be our go-to Filevine (Outlaw) expert, leveraging and setting up new templates, managing modification requests, and accurately capturing statements of work. You’ll also button up all invoicing details for the finance team. Once you’ve completed project setup, you’ll give our top-notch service team the green light to onboard and delight new clients.


We'll also ask you to make sure that sales assets, client testimonials, case studies, and project histories are up-to-date and at our fingertips.


Excel in this role, and you could find yourself in sales or operations leadership.


This position is remote. However, availability during East Coast hours or even the Raleigh-Durham area is preferred.


The role pays from US $45,000 to $65,000 plus bonus and benefits. (Outside the US or Canada, flexible contractor agreements instead.)
