Sales Administrator Jobs

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for submitting retailer promotional contracts, managing retailer portals, and maintaining several other external portals. This person should have experience completing trade contracts, calculating rates and margins, data entry, and Microsoft Office. You will work alongside our broker and sales teams to ensure our promotions are submitted correctly, and all portals are current.

Essential Job Functions

• Perform various functions, primarily to improve sales operation processes and efficiency of the sales department.
• Communicate with broker partners and the internal team to get information and proof of performance.
• Analyze data and provide important visualization and dashboards that clearly communicate complex data in a simple form to a non-technical audience.
• Oversee data entry and administration tasks for internal sales portals.
• Help with the coordination of information flow and communication between sales, sales support, and cross functional departments.
• Manage and submit accurate retailer promotional contracts.
• Responsible for maintaining all of our SKU and brand content on customer portals like IX-One, Syndigo, 1 World Sync, Item 360 (Retail Link) and several others
• Organize and deliver on all internal and external deadlines.

Required Competencies, Education and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in food/beverage industry
• Financial focused mindset
• A plus if you know how to use IX-One, Retail Link (Item 360), Syndigo, One World Sync and other customer specific data portals
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• High sense of urgency
• Approachable and collaborative
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
