Senior Product Manager - Analytics & Bi

We are working with a rapidly growing Series B AI business analytics company to hire a Senior Product Manager who will help them scale the Product Management function and work across their entire platform.

Day to day, the Senior Product Manager will be mentoring and coaching 2 other Product Managers (20% of the time) and working with the wider team to build out their platform (80% of the time) so they can scale it to the next phase.

They are planning to grow the Product Management function to 5 by the end of the year and they are looking for an ambitious Senior Product Manager who can grow into a Head of Product role over the next few years.

The company has a strong and growing customer base and its platform is rated higher than many of the market leaders like Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Qlik Sense, Sisense, etc.

Key skills required:

• Enjoys working in a start-up environment and has the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Strong experience and knowledge of tools like Tableau, Alteryx, Qlik, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, and similar BI & Data platforms or visualization software.
• Experience working with complex B2B SaaS products.
• Strong experience across the entire Product Management lifecycle (product strategy, customer discovery, execution, etc.).
• Enjoys customer-facing tasks and presenting internally and externally (demos, product roadmap, new feature releases, etc.)
• Experience in managing products from inception to launch.
• An interest in AI, ML, and predictive analytics.
• A deep understanding of the Analytics/Business Intelligence market, personas, and the needs and gaps of their target customers.
• Can help establish best Product Management practices within the organization.

They are a fully remote team across the US with flexible working hours.

The salary for this role is circa $160k-$200k with bonus and stock options on top.
