8+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related sales/marketing field, working in both small and large organizations.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends

Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies to executive leadership

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field

3-5 years of experience in Go-To-Market operations or analytics

Intermediate to expert SQL experience required

Own the analysis of data throughout the go-to-market life cycle and advise on trends or areas of opportunity to drive revenue

Build impact and modeling tools for the revenue teams to prioritize projects and inform strategy

Deliver and maintain scalable/self-service KPI dashboards for all revenue teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment and clarity around metrics

Define standard reporting, monitor performance, and forecast results for business reviews and planning

Bring analysis to the revenue/finance teams by delivering logical conclusions which help develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes

Strong experience with ETL processes, analytics-driven reporting, and Microsoft BI stack, including SSIS

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities

Develop and enhance reports and analytics using data from our data warehouse, leveraging Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other reporting/analytics tools

Be comfortable solving reporting gaps and collaborating with internal teams to ensure robust and reliable reporting solutions

Excellent organizational and time management skills

CRM (Salesforce) data management including import/export, standardizing inputs, de-duping, integrity monitoring.

Participate in the creation and maintenance of Management Reporting (ie. territory analysis, pipeline reports, etc.)

Previous working experience as a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analyst or similar role for 2+ Years

Strong Excel/Google Sheets knowledge working with large datasets and data manipulation

Design, implement and coordinate smooth processes across departments like Marketing, Sales, and PMO
