Desired Skills and Experience :

• Strong excel experience
• At least 1 year experience in Leadership
• Ability to draw conclusions from financial reports, not just cost accounting
• 5-6 years' Financial background with some accounting knowledge
• Strong analytical skills and an understanding of a corporate finance environment
• Expert understanding of volume/rate/mix bridging
• Experience in Financial forecasting
• Experience building monthly and quarterly PowerPoint presentations telling the story as much as building the numbers
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

Day-to-Day: Insight Global is looking for a Finance Manager for a large food retail client. The Finance Manager position is a leading role within the Finance organization. The candidate will be part of the Prepared Deli Accelerator group supporting growth initiatives across both Prepared Poultry Deli segments. This position will be part of the BU's leadership team and will demonstrate strong business partnership with a co-pilot relationship to the business unit managers. This individual will be responsible for the month-end close reporting monthly forecast LE annual budget AOP Strategic Long-Range Plan for the BU within the Retail Prepared segment of Tyson Foods as well as supporting Innovation initiatives within the Poultry segment. All of the above activities are performed with an ownership mindset in a dynamic team environment demonstrating close collaboration within the Finance team and with cross-functional partners.
