Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Identify and develop sales leads to build a funnel of opportunities for Juxta’s products and services
  • Work closely with each retailer to help navigate the planning, permitting, and site preparation processes for the deployment of micro-stores
  • Develop sales and service channels to market within the Gilbarco Veeder-Root distribution channels and others
  • Define Market Requirements (MRD) – Product Concept and Requirements
  • Conduct/coordinate Voice of Customer, draw conclusions, and propose appropriate strategic activities
  • Identify and represent the business in key industry associations, forums, working groups, and conferences to position Juxta as a leader in autonomous micro-store retailing
  • Develop relationships and partner with retail convenience retailers to introduce the autonomous micro-store concept and develop use-cases and an investment model including ROI and commercial terms giving rise to sales of micro-convenience stores
  • Provide market intelligence to support marketing strategy and campaigns
  • Support Juxta Marketing and Operations teams in customer and product line evaluation, to enable fast, informed, and optimized resolutions
  • Work with retailers to develop investment cases including location selection, consumer traffic estimates, and product ranging resulting in a customer return on investment.
Who You Are
  • Experience working within a North American Sales/Marketing team preferred
  • Demonstrated business acumen and strategic insight
  • Track record of developing industry partnerships
  • Experience establishing and leveraging growth-orientated relationships with third parties
  • Graduate level education: MBA preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering or equivalent professional experience required
  • 5+ years` experience working for US convenience retailers or wholesalers or selling into the retail convenience market
  • Strong capability in developing and presenting ROI investment proposals
  • Membership of and participation in NACS is strongly preferred
