Your Impactful Role
As a Research Data Analyst I, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between clinical and operational service lines. Your focus will be on supporting various quality and performance measurement initiatives throughout our organization. This includes actively participating in the development and maintenance of reports, scorecards, and dashboard tools. You will track key performance indicators and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources, synthesizing the results into meaningful reports and presentations on a regular basis. Additionally, you will develop an in-depth understanding of the business area you support, becoming a subject matter expert on its key drivers and measures of success. Maintaining outstanding customer service and fostering respectful relationships with all stakeholders will be essential.

• Develop and utilize key performance indicators, such as marketing efforts, physician referrals, and screening visits, by gathering requirements, defining specifications, and establishing goals or benchmarks.

• Analyze and interpret data, identifying areas for improvement and providing meaningful, data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Utilize analytical techniques to design, develop, and maintain reports, scorecards, and dashboards that offer valuable insights to the recruitment leadership.
• Manage complex datasets, ensuring data integrity by identifying, aggregating, cleaning, and validating information from various sources for reporting purposes.
• Regularly conduct data mining and extraction from databases and tables.
• Collaborate with the research financial team, providing data and operational analyses and interpreting results to support strategic decision-making in recruitment.
• Cultivate expertise in database management and its relationship to recruitment performance measurement.
• Engage with the AIT and Research Data Services departments to assess existing data products, identify unmet analytic needs, and explore potential enhancements.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational staff to establish and maintain performance measurement processes, including database development, benchmarking, KPI development, systems documentation, and reporting/dashboard deployment.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare, engineering, information systems, or mathematics discipline.
