The Role

We are seeking a sales-oriented Sales & Marketing Lead who will develop and implement our marketing strategies to acquire customers for our Self-Custody account. As a Sales & Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring our marketing activities with a focus on online and social media activities.


Responsibilities

  • Create and distribute regular newsletters to inform potential customers about the benefits of our Self-Custody account and motivate them to take action.
  • Plan and execute targeted Twitter campaigns to increase reach, generate leads, and promote the Self-Custody account.
  • Continuously analyze the market and competition to identify new opportunities and adjust the marketing strategy accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales strategies and achieve shared goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential partners and collaborators to expand reach and sales.
  • Establish and manage an effective referral program to encourage existing customers to recommend our Self-Custody account and attract new customers.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy based on online and social media activities aimed at reaching potential customers and promoting the sales of our Self-Custody solutions.
  • Measure and evaluate the performance of our marketing campaigns using appropriate KPIs to gauge success and make improvements.
  • Develop sales-oriented marketing content such as landing pages, email campaigns, and other materials to specifically target potential customers and support sales efforts.


Requirements

  • Experience working remotely and the ability to work independently and achieve goals.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar position, preferably with a focus on online and social media marketing / sales.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Sales-oriented approach with proven success in customer acquisition and lead generation.
  • Passion for cryptocurrencies, decentralization, and self-custody.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and referral programs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
