3+ years related work experience

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Coordinate with internal teams including our creative, procurement, and operations departments to improve the entire customer experience.

Looking for: 2-5 years of order processing or customer service experience

Work directly with account specialists and salesmen on graphic requests from clients.

Process customer orders received in an effective and timely manner with 100% accuracy.

Assist in other duties, including office administration, marketing, fulfillment, and accounting tasks.

Experience in sediment remediation - Design, management, and/or monitoring of contaminated sediments sites in fresh and estuarine systems

Experience Engineer or Project Management Professional (P.E. or PMP) or ability to obtain and maintain

Experience conducting sediment site investigations/characterizations, remedial investigations, feasibility studies, engineering evaluations, remedial designs/actions, and optimizing remediation systems

Experience in identifying and resolving key issues impacting sediment sites (technical, regulatory, risk, land use, etc.) and emerging issues

Experience as a lead engineer or subject matter expert on environmental sediment remediation projects

Experience representing clients to stakeholder such as regulatory agencies, property owners, government officials, and other consultants

5+ years of experience with Node.js and Node JavaScript.

Proficient in TypeScript and Express with a minimum of 3 years of experience in each.

Skilled in troubleshooting and debugging code issues, while staying updated on emerging trends and technologies in Node.js development.

**This role is remote with expectations to travel to Addison, Illinois on a quarterly basis.**

Develop server-side applications on the middleware layer of mobile applications.

Implement logging mechanisms for API calls to quickly diagnose and address any potential issues.
