A client of Robert Half is looking for a Senior SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits Technical Analyst to assist with the day-to-day configurations, adding functionality, and the constant acquisitions and sell-offs the company makes each month. Our client doesn’t outsource any of the HR functions and everything is done in-house, so they are running the full suite of SuccessFactors, ECP, CPI, and SFTP. Every company that is acquired, big or small, gets brought on completely to their SF instance.

This person should have hands-on experience in configurations of open enrollment, 1095c, 401K, FSA/ HSA, etc. Understanding Payroll Taxes, Deductions, Benefits, etc. would be an advantage.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Duties:

• Assist with implementation of new functionality in ECB
• Compliance and regulatory requirements
• Technical support and issue resolution
• Continuous improvements and enhancements
• Configure open enrollment in ECB

MUST have skills:

• Excellent written and communication skills
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in EC
• Provisioning Certification and at least 2 years of experience in managing provision access
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
• 5+ years of experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors ECB
• Knowledgeable in the software development lifecycle concepts and process

Pluses/Nice to have skills:

• S/4 HANA and ABAP Programming, big plus
