Job Description

Core Experience


  • 3-5 years of data analyst or related experience, including proficiency with analytical software.
  • Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and research methods.
  • Experience in Workforce Management/Business Planning is a plus.
  • Highly proficient with SQL, Tableau, and SharePoint. Familiarity with Python.
  • Must complete an Advanced Excel Test with a score of 80% or higher.
  • Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, data connections, VBA, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, computer science, management information systems, or related field.


A Day In The Role


  • Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports using various tools.
  • Responsible for production reporting and employee scorecards.
  • Provide guidance on workforce strategies to enhance performance and productivity while reducing costs.
  • Individual contributor role creating and maintaining reporting and performing analytics.
  • Strong aptitude in mathematics to break down complex analytics into understandable terms.


Work Environment


  • 100% REMOTE - equipment provided.
  • Mon-Fri - 8 hour shift between 8:00AM-5PM(EST).
