Job Description
Collaborative Solutions is looking for a Regional Sales Manager with a successful track record of selling complex solutions in the Nonprofit industry to become a crucial member of our regional sales team, reporting to our National Director of Sales. As the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for setting and executing the sales strategy for your designated territory, selling Workday professional services and implementation to Nonprofit accounts in the Eastern United States. The right person will be passionate about our mission, highly strategic and competitive by nature, and understand how to partner with stakeholders to gain the best results for the clients and our business.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a quarterly sales quota
  • Develop/plan your sales strategy and effectively position the Company’s services in your territory
  • Manage multiple, concurrent deal cycles, while maintaining accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
  • Cultivate relationships with Workday personnel and develop in-person relationships with all in-region field offices
  • Provide support for marketing activities and events
  • Run complex sales cycles managing prospects and internal staff
  • Work with the internal Delivery team to develop estimates for work and position us ahead of Collaborative competitors
Skills and Requirements:
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies and the ERP Cloud landscape
  • A successful 5 year track record, year-over-year, selling software implementation services and or software subscriptions (effective bookings and revenue attainment)
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate the benefits of an on-demand/web services/ cloud multi-tenant architecture
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to present to all organization levels
  • Ability to work with customers and internal team members to estimate services needs
  • Experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as using SaaS applications
  • Professional and/or personal alignment with local Workday employees
  • Ability to travel 75% to customer and Workday locations for effective relationship development
