Regional Sales Manager - Mid-Atlantic

Continuum of Care Programs has been serving pharmacies, senior living providers, and independent oncology practices since 1993. We are always innovating, extending the deep discounts and member-focused service model we created for our 32,000+ members.
What will you be Doing:
The Regional Manager is a field-based sales role that requires constant client facing interaction. This position requires 60% (3 days) of travel per week and it is responsible for recruitment of new members as well as supporting the growth and maintenance of existing membership.
Senior Living: Senior Living will be a key area of focus. The classes of trade included within this area of focus are assisted living, skilled nursing, behavioral health, rehabilitation centers, imaging and laboratory providers, assisted living communities, independent living communities, active adult retirement communities and CCRC’s.

Account Management, Healthcare Industry, Sales
Education:
High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications
Relevant Experience to include:
  • Prior experience in GPO/Healthcare Sales prospecting, Working Remotely, Listening, Objection Handling whilst hunting for new business is strongly desired.
  • Skills in Presentation, Negotiation, Time Management and Planning are strongly desired.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and analytical skills are preferred.
  • 100% Remote/Work-From-Home role with strong preference to candidates who reside in Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, North Carolina and Tennessee areas.

Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $64,000 - $118,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location.
