Regional Sales Manager - Colorado or Minnesota
The Nasuni Regional Sales Manager is a Sales Hunter role. Identify and close new logos for Cloud File Data Services. You will work with Enterprise IT Customers and lines of business to solve unique challenges in data management, cloud storage, cloud infrastructure, and backup recovery solutions. #BI-Remote, #LI-Remote
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will…
- Maintain accurate forecasting and clear management communication
- Meet and exceed assigned quota for the designated territory
- Drive referenceable customer satisfaction in all assigned accounts
- Prospect and close target accounts against competition by leveraging channel partners inside sales and individual initiatives
- Manage multiple partners, customers and opportunities
- Establish and nurture relationships with all levels of channel partners and customers organizations as appropriate, department through line of business and CxO
- Drive account strategies and coordinate team-selling efforts with partners to close business on a quarterly and annual basis
- Assimilate specific vertical market background, requirements and infrastructure attributes and apply this knowledge to sell Nasuni’s solution

- Experience driving channel and alliance partner recruitment, enablement, and go-to-market strategies and programs
- Experience selling SaaS, Storage, Cloud, Backup, Recovery, Security, and/or Data Management software solutions to Commercial or Enterprise Customers
- Prior success in a high-growth company environment where you demonstrated an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to manage tasks with shifting priorities in a fast-paced and high-performance culture

Work Environment
Nasuni employs onsite, hybrid, and remote employees, who may occasionally come into a Nasuni office, attend events, or visit clients. Nasuni’s offices are open-concept office environments with low but varying noise levels. This RSM Select role is a remote working role in Colorado or Minnesota.
Colorado Salary and Compensation
The Colorado salary base compensation for new hires into this role is $100,000 to $140,000 annually, based on factors such as performance, location, level, job related knowledge, skills, and experience. Our People Operations team will provide information on additional total compensation including incentive commissions, programs, benefits, PTO, and incentive stock options. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range of that location, and the actual annual compensation offered to any candidate will be reflected solely in the candidates’ offer letter.
