Are you passionate about the environment, sustainability, and the art of winemaking? Look no further! We are a Certified B Corporation, dedicated to regenerative business practices, and we're on a thrilling journey to make a positive impact through our organic and Regenerative Organic Certified® wines.
As the Regional Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in growing our luxury-focused business throughout the Central Region. Your primary focus will be in the vibrant state of Texas, with strategic projects in Illinois and Louisiana. We are known for our exceptional Origins Collection, featuring luxury brands from California, Chile, and Argentina, such as the renowned Don Melchor and Trivento Eolo Malbec.
Your mission is to build enthusiasm and elevate our world-class Origins Collection by managing our wine brands in the distributor network and key accounts in your region. As a key player in the fine wine industry, you'll work closely with distributor personnel and our dynamic sales and marketing team, fostering excellent relationships with our customers.
This is not your typical desk job – you'll thrive in a remote role with a flexible location, preferably in Texas, the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Houston area, or the greater Chicago area. You'll be on the move, visiting accounts, engaging in workwiths, and attending distributor meetings, making each day unique and full of excitement.
Responsibilities To Look Forward To
Customer First: Develop a short-term business plan and execute tactics and field marketing to achieve sales targets. You'll be a product expert and educator, engaging with distributors and key accounts to ensure success.
Monitoring and Measuring: Your success will be measured through KPI reports, reflecting your impact on sales, customer interactions, and selling events.
Team Development and Communications: Foster a collaborative workplace, work with various departments, and contribute to a culture of teamwork, both internally and externally.
Compensation and Benefits: You'll enjoy a competitive base salary ranging from $98,000 to $120,000, along with an annual incentive aligned with your performance and transportation-related benefits.
Your Must-Have Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or a related field, accompanied by at least five years of progressive experience in the food and beverage industry.
Proven success in wine/adult beverage sales and key account management, particularly in the ultra-premium/fine wine sector.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to articulate compelling messages and connect with diverse audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace/Suite.
A valid driver's license, as travel throughout the region is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Wine education or certification (WSET or SWE preferred).
Join us in making a difference through the power of great brands and a bigger purpose. We're excited to welcome you to our dynamic team!
